Returns

Timeframe for Returns: All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the product delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure: Pickup will be attempted twice by the courier company. If the pickup fails, you will be responsible for returning the shipment to our address. Please note that reverse pickup availability depends on the service in your area’s pin code.

Quality/Quantity Issues: Any issues regarding the quality or quantity of the products received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Processing Time for Returns: Kindly allow 7 days for returns to be processed and for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Logistic Charges Deduction: A nominal logistic charge of 100 INR will be deducted as a part of the refund process.

To initiate a return, please submit a request at https://cranberryretail.com/returns along with a clear photo and product opening video illustrating the product’s defects. Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for the pickup of your order within 4-5 working days.

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original form of payment.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the item is returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the same condition as you received it.
